Welcome to ZipPoker. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZipPoker website, mobile applications, software, and all related services, including the AI Coach (collectively, the "Services"), operated by [Your Company Name] ("ZipPoker," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age for participating in games of skill for real money in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Jurisdictional Restrictions: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access to our Services from any jurisdiction where it may be illegal.

Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to have only one account. The use of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

Identity Verification (KYC): We are required by law to verify the identity of our players. You agree to provide us with any documentation we may request to verify your identity and payment methods, including but not limited to, government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to comply will result in the suspension of your account and withdrawal capabilities.

2. Rules of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Our platform is built on the principles of fairness and integrity. Any activity that compromises the fairness of our games is strictly forbidden. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Use of Artificial Intelligence or Bots: You are strictly prohibited from using any form of external software, artificial intelligence, bots, or any program designed to play on your behalf or provide real-time strategic advice during gameplay. Our integrated AI Coach is the only AI tool permitted, and it is for post-session analysis only.

Collusion: Teaming up with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Chip-Dumping: Intentionally losing hands or transferring funds to another player through gameplay is forbidden.

Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods is illegal and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards other players or ZipPoker staff is not tolerated.

Exploiting Bugs: Abusing any bug, glitch, or error in our software for personal gain is prohibited. You agree to report any such bugs to us immediately.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate action, up to and including permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

3. The AI Coach

Permitted Use: The ZipPoker AI Coach is a unique feature designed to help you analyze your gameplay and improve your skills. It is intended for personal, educational, post-session review only.

Data License: By using our Services, you grant ZipPoker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and process your gameplay data for the purpose of providing the AI Coach analysis.

No Guarantee: The advice and analysis provided by the AI Coach are informational and should not be considered a guarantee of future results or winnings. You are solely responsible for all decisions made during live gameplay.

Disclaimer: ZipPoker is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of decisions you make, whether or not they are influenced by the AI Coach's analysis.

4. Financial Transactions

Deposits and Withdrawals: All financial transactions must be conducted using a payment method registered in your own name. We reserve the right to conduct security reviews for all withdrawals.

Rake: ZipPoker charges a commission, or "rake," on real-money game pots, as detailed on our platform. By playing, you acknowledge and agree to this rake.

Responsibility for Funds: You are solely responsible for all funds in your account. The risk of losing money in real-money games rests entirely with you.

Fraudulent Funds: If we determine that funds deposited into your account are from a fraudulent or unauthorized source, we reserve the right to confiscate those funds and terminate your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, and the technology behind the Services, including the AI Coach, are the exclusive property of ZipPoker and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If your account is terminated due to fraudulent activity or a material breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to confiscate any and all funds in your account as liquidated damages for the investigation and administrative costs incurred.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Service: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Risk of Loss: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN GAMES OF SKILL AND CHANCE FOR REAL MONEY AT YOUR OWN RISK. ZIPPOKER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MONETARY LOSSES YOU MAY INCUR.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ZIPPOKER, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF RAKE YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZipPoker and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
